Amazing stay for our family!

We switched to this hotel last minute and it turned out to be the best decision! Our room was super spacious with a full kitchen, which was perfect for our fam. Miles, the staff, was super helpful and even got our pizza for us! Just wished the food options were a bit better at the restaurant.

I loved how close the Hirafu Gondola is, just a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient to hit the slopes and take in the stunning views. There are so many great dining options like Iki Restaurant just a few steps from the hotel to fuel my adventures.

The 2 bedroom suite was very nice, spacious, and clean. It had a fantastic view of Mt. Yotei, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, making it easy to prepare our meals. The ski shuttle service was also very convenient.

Another downside is the limited breakfast options that don’t justify the cost, and it can be frustrating for families seeking a more substantial meal before hitting the slopes.

I had a wonderful week-long stay that offered excellent access to the slopes and very comfortable accommodations. My 3 bedroom suite had a stunning view of Mt Yotei and was not only spacious but also well-appointed. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, making shuttle arrangements easy and ensuring our comfort during our stay. On the downside, I felt the dining options could use a bit of variety. after a few days, the menu began to feel repetitive.
