Amazing stay for our family!
We switched to this hotel last minute and it turned out to be the best decision! Our room was super spacious with a full kitchen, perfect for our fam. Miles, the staff, was super helpful and even got our pizza for us! Just wished the food options were a bit better at the restaurant.

The staff was super friendly and arranged a great ski tour for us. The convenient shuttle to the gondola made it easy to get out on the slopes. Plus, they welcomed our two dogs with open arms!
In my wife's opinion, the check-in process could be improved for families with children.

The two-bedroom suite provides a spacious environment tailored for families, with modern furnishings and a well-equipped kitchenette. The excellent view of Mt. Yotei adds a real sense of tranquility and beauty, especially during sunrise.
The two-bedroom suite suffers from a room lacking a window, which can create a stuffy atmosphere, particularly for longer stays. The exhaust fan adds noise, contributing to restlessness at night. The ski locker is cramped, and the lack of daily cleaning felt inadequate. Another downside is the limited breakfast options that don't justify the cost, and it can be frustrating for families seeking a more substantial meal before hitting the slopes.

The 3-bedroom suite offered fine views of Mt. Yotei and was clean and spacious. Convenient walkable access to restaurants and shops, along with a reliable shuttle service. Unfortunately, the suite had dust accumulation, and the kitchen's gas smell was concerning. Having limited housekeeping services and issues with the TV added to our frustrations.

Fantastic skiing experience and friendly staff
I had a wonderful week-long stay that offered excellent access to the slopes and very comfortable accommodations. My 3 bedroom suite had a fine view of Mt Yotei and was not only spacious but also well-appointed. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. On the downside, I felt the dining options could use a bit of variety. After a few days, the menu began to feel repetitive.

Cozy suite, attentive staff, the 1 Bedroom Suite King Bed provided a fantastic home-like feeling and included essential amenities such as free Wi-Fi, made communication easy, and a convenient nearby ski rental service that saved us time after a long day of exploring.
Nothing could be improved.

We were pleased with the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi access, which saved us some money. the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
the heating system in the room was not working properly, causing some discomfort.
